How cheap can a holiday cruise be like last minute deals? I want to go out of Miami, I would have to fly there but thats not bad.
Not cheap at all. Ships tend to sail full much of the time and especially so at holiday time. Holiday weeks are always the MOST expensive times to cruise.”Last minute” for cruises means less than 60 days, after the deposit-refund date has passed. You may be able to find cabins on any cruise a couple of weeks ahead of sailing [the cabins no one else wants], but the cruise line must submit a passenger manifest to security well before the ship sails. It’s unlikely you’d be able to find a cabin for Christmas at this late date and if you did it would be very pricey. If you’re cruising alone, it would be even more expensive, as cabins are sold double-occupancy, so you’d be paying almost double the fare, with the single supplement.
$3000 the cheapest
Cruises that sail over Christmas and New Years are always the most expensive of the year, and almost always sell out very early. I doubt you will find any vacancies over those dates, but if you do I am fairly certain that they will be quite expensive. If you can wait until after January 1 you will find much lower fares.

You may be able to find a last-minute cruise deal, but not during the holidays. People booked those ships up a long time ago.
And even if you find a last-minute cruise deal, last-minute airfare tends to negate any savings you got on the cruise…
There are lots and lots of cruises with staterooms available for Christmas..and quite a few from Miami.Lots from Ft Lauderdale. Some lines are still reducing fares to fill up the ships. There are a few 7 day cruises under $1000. Try a web site like Vacations to Go. It is December 7 and they are showing cruises available as early as tomorrow. The manifest is not done until people begin boarding the ship and the passengers are checked against the reservations list. The updated passenger list, when finalized about two hours before departure, is then electronically transmitted. An amended eNOD may be submitted as late as 15 minutes prior to departure although it is pretty unlikely that boarding would be allowed in the last 60 minutes.
