Last Minute Holidays In The Sun | Is My Plan To Lose Weight Ok?

I wanna remove about 25 lbs. I’m 140 lbs and 5’2″ and my objective is to be at 110 – 117 by the holidays (so we can earn it all back hahahaha XD)I’ve completed the diet before. It’s called “the revolution diet”. You eat 600 calories for 3 days, 900 for 4 days, 1200 for a week, take a week off restrictions, and the repeat as many times as you wish until you remove weight. we did it someday final year, and mislaid about 6 lbs in 2 weeks, tops. And the weight stayed off. we ate tiny meals, but of strong foods. And those amounts of calories and did may be a half hour of DDR with it. we remove weight, and when we got off the diet, the weight stayed off. It worked fast, too. It was think up by a doctor so…..I usually outline on carrying out it twice (600, 900, 1200, week off, and then repeat once) and carrying out 45 mins of activity, inclusive strength training, that we didn’t do final time. And then after we remove a few weight from that, I’ll collect up my caloric money coming in to around 1500 daily.Is this ok?http://www.chasefreedom.com/rotationdiet.html There is a couple to the real diet planI know it’s unhealthy, but we do not wanna listen to about that please. we just wanna know if I’d lose. As we said, I’ve completed it before………here is my normal workout:After school/before cooking we have two options that we do:1. This might seems silly, but my kin and we similar to to fake we’re conducting on theatre similar to a rope or something, and we just sing along to songs, but we do alot of running, jumping and dancing. It;s usually about an hour to an hour and 20 mins we do that, and we do not burst and things the entire time, we gotta grasp my breath a little and all…….so it’s probably around 30 – 45 mins of that…..(it’s fun so I’m more expected to do it and not obtain as well irritated or anything)2. 45 mins of cardio……….i usually do a few on my bike and treadmill, blending it up daily…….i may moreover beginning carrying out heated DDR on a few days too. given we can’t enlarge how long we do it, after two weeks of my normal speed on my, let’s say my bike for an example, (30 – 36m) i’ll enlarge my speed a little bit.I’ll do that Mon, Wed, Fri, SunAnd then on Tues, Thurs and Sat:I’ll do my “concert” slight after school, and after cooking I’ll do 30 mins of strength practice with things like:Squats (i’ll be carrying out not similar types, stepping up reps every week)Walking lunges (50 on any leg, stepping up by 15 any week)Pilates (I’ll be carrying out not similar pilate routines for abs)Push-ups (various types, moreover stepping up reps)Planks (various moves)Etc etcAnd moreover in the evenings, after dinner, roughly every day, my kin and we RP (roleplay) in our bedroom, and there’s alot of on foot and running (mostly walking) and finally we’re gonna be fighting enemies and things so I’ll be kicking and punching and jumping and running alot.OH and i’m a vegetarian***My sister is revelation me that the “concert” won’t erupt rotund OR hardly any calories at allI do alot of jumping and running around and things when we do it. Doesn’t that tally for something? Will the unison do anything value my time??***

Jumping, dancing, running and walking, all erupt a great amount of calories. With this fast U will certainly lax weight. To sustain weight there after, U are to be despotic to your calorie intake.
